Pros

Aren't many, high turnover of staff so always meeting new people?

Cons

No written procedures everyone just makes it up as they go along, management decide if they will or won't pay bonuses most people leave then don't get paid entitlements management tells them to get a lawyer if they want anything.

Pros

Great work atmosphere. Really friendly colleagues, eager to help out. Projects are interesting. Work life balance is good.

Cons

The company is in a bad spot globally so they are trying to cost cut at every corner. E-division is new so its not yet organized well. Maybe a bit more harder for juniors to acquire knowledge here than in other companies.
