Nepotism, Favoritism, Racism… Some managers and supervisors are bullying some young employees with having a delusion that young guys are to replace those old guys. Their interest is only keeping their position, and they are using company politics to rule out young employees. Generally do not care employee's career and development, but just giving overwhelming workload to cause burn-out. Lack of the proper return or compensation despite of the workload given. Mixture of bad cultures from ZF and TRW. You may give up the job security, career advancement, support from bosses, and promotion when you decide to keep work-life balance. Less supportive environment. Lower level supervisors and managers might give passive-aggressive treatment once they don't like you with any reasons or no reason.
