      Pros

      Good Brand, has amazing product line and solutions to the Industry. In India Business like Medical, Vision , IQS they have an exceptional leadership team which is truly leading by example.

      Cons

      People are suffering because of pity politics, especially old HR team is Victim of the same. All have either resigned or asked to resign because of micro-management or politics, there is no place for Doers , people who can say "Yes" and do nothing are considered for everything.
