Pros

The company does not seem to typically lay people off during a downturn, the only reason for being let go is due to bad performance. Good work life balance in my experience. My direct managers are very good, but this could vary with other groups. I enjoy working with the other employees in my group.

Cons

Pay seems just OK and annual raises appear to be set to relatively standard rates based on performance that are not very high.
