      Pros

      Great work life balance, very cooperative work atmosphere, great collegues. workplace is very comfortable and nice. Work by results mentality. great communication , employee benifits.

      Cons

      a little bit too german for foreigners. You must speak german if you want to work closely specially in the factories. the location is in my opinion the worst. Even though there is a good home office policy however the location is isolated in a small town in south of germany. socail life will suffer and the city and area are boring
