It is a great place to work at. Carl Zeiss has a lot of engeneers that work for the company over 10 years.

Cons

Management stuctures tent to be quite steep so it is relativly had to climb up the latter but people at the basis are just great.

19th century colonial work culture.. with autocratic management.. unfair and purely one sided employee bonds for any foreign trip.. they call it a training trip but it will end up in a fake training.. non-transparent nature of any management activity or policy.. they have not heard about office automation.. ehh.. I can go on for an hour like this..
