      Pros

      This company is based in Germany, 80% of the products are very well built. Its fun to work with the scientific community and see things many people only read about.

      Cons

      Not very well run company in the USA. Good ol boy network gets in the way of common sense in almost every decision. Micromanaging to the point of gridlock.

      Pros

      Location is ideal. Direct boss and colleagues are great to work with. Products look good. Some benefits are ok. Colleagues tend to help each other out of survival.

      Cons

      Too many cons. Germany leadership puts unattainable expectations and fires local leadership for failures. Causing new hire management to make extreme short term decisions that lead to damaging company morale. Depressing environment with high turnover with almost weekly going away parties. Employees trickle out when new and better opportunities come.

      Good company with great brand. Excellent benefits

      Cons

      Not much room for growth and not many pay raises. Management does not train employees for promotions.
