      Pros

      Employees seemed very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Managers need leadership course; have a "do as I say, not as I do" attitude, play favorites. Onboarding needs to be streamlined; sloppy, disorganized, rushed, unreasonable and bizarre expectations. Zero work/life balance, low pay, commissions taken from sales and oddly distributed.

      Pros

      Very intriguing customer interactions and interesting technology. Microscopes are a fun technology to be around day in and day out.

      Cons

      Busy travel, if your in an area with lots of microscopes you can make it home 80% of the time. Else you will be in hotels quite a bit.
