      Zeiss is an amazing company historically and as a whole

      Cons

      If you work in Japan you will not be paid fairly no matter how much talent you possess. And the stress/workload will leave your with thoughts of suicide.

      Pros

      Zeiss is a good company as far as salary wise. The money is great! Great co-workers. 401k match is good as well. Nice state of the art facility.

      Cons

      The training sucks. You have to basically train yourself or its trial by error. You are left to learn your job on your own. Management are bullies. They are non-approachable and intimidating. There is alot of FAVORITISM & NEPOTISM!!
