      Stable job for full time workers. No overtime. Can work from home. Relaxed atmosphere without common horrors of traditional Japanese companies.

      Cons

      Heavily underpaid. HR is discriminative against non-Japanese, trying to make international company a conservative domestic company. Gender gap is huge.
