      1. Work-life balance is good 2. Decent work timings 3. No micro management of work. 4. Decent annual hikes and other variable payouts.

      Cons

      1. Too much politics 2. Women employees are not given opportunities, especially who are new mothers. 3. Too much favoritism by manager. 4. No policies for new moms 5. They don't have their own day care or creche and No compensation for any baby care facility.
