Pros

Flexible schedule by asking for a leave or switching shifts with other employees beforehand. Free snacks from the company and even colleagues. Colleagues are friendly and kind. Health package for sport activities. A lot of company events.

Cons

Schedule changes all the time and hard to predict it beforehand. Sometimes no beverage especially on weekends and really hard to find instant noodles. Only porridges and bad fruits nowadays. Apple is already soft and pear is too small on arrival. There is no fixed lunch/dinner time. So enjoy snack in your break. Colleagues are kind but often steal your 5 euros worth of cigarettes. Might need a locker for this? You can't use your package for relaxing or entertaining activities like spa.

Please note that lockers are available in the changing room for all employees of the studio, for the safe keeping of their personal belongings; snacks are complimentary and may vary depending on availability; we have a greatly equipped kitchen where you can warm up your own lunch. Also, kindly note that the company does not take responsibility for personal monetary exchanges between employees. The sports benefit covers only sports activities, but not spa or massage, which is clearly stated in the company's benefits guidelines. The technical skills of each presenter are continuously evaluated as part of maintaining professional standards. Business decisions, like opening/closing tables, will remain with management at all times. The search for a perfect workplace is a journey, and we would like to wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
