No pros with this company, Absolutely utter nonsense.

Cons

There are significant issues with the company. *Sexism Discrimination against men (yes, men) is common. Any sexism in any direction should not be tolerated and there should not be any room for such ridiculous behaviour, Women at this company can even work without solid business skills. Men need to work for them. *Favouritism Often, incapable person is promoted or their voice is heard, just because they are favourite of someone with power. Of course, women can be promoted if they are favourites of powerful person.
