It seems to be the best place for conniving, unkind, dishonest, insincere, two-faced and power drunk people.

Cons

Managers and team leads do not adhere to work ethics and labour laws. For example they do not carry out any investigative procedures should there be any incident that needs to be investigated. They just go ahead and make their decisions to fire the employee not caring about anything without any compensation. Your Job there is not secured you can be fired at anytime especially when you trying to apply or go for a higher internal position. People of colour don't stand a chance within the company they are treated unfairly and unjustly by managers and leads. There are bad eggs in the leadership position.

The only thing good about this company is the Yolo Gala.

Why hire blacks when you know you'd terminate their contract at any given time without proper investigation or notice period? Your managers, team leaders, and people partners whom you said you trained can't adhere to the training given to them. They talk, act, and do things the way they feel they like because they feel they are superior to black people. Imagine You destroy the lives of people and families and don't think about how it affects them. Then, I ask again: WHY HIRE A BLACK PERSON WHEN YOU WANT THE OFFICE TO BE ALL WHITE?
