      Pros

      I would say people are making this job the one it is right now. Of course sometimes you can't get along with some people, but I would say this is rare. The benefits the company is offering are impressive (my opinion) as you can't find that many companies who would do so.

      Cons

      I would say that the cons can be found everywhere and moreover in different positions, that's why here the cons are not identifying the company as a whole. For my position I would say that I wish we could have a better salary, compared to the other departments (but it's default cons) and the ability to work remotely/wfh for the departments that are operating 24/7.
