Pros

+ relaxed work environment + plenty of independence + if you love silence, its there

Cons

- no KBs - never had a report in 4 years that showed all my tickets done, cause they couldn't figure out the filters in Service Now, after years of using it - no real guiding lines for your work, except "wait 6 months until you figure it out alone" - awful salaries on any field and no benefits, except bus discount and gym - worst medical insurance possible (my personal med insurance costs 5x times the one they paid for me, its only to show it on paper that they offer it) - no chance to advance unless you are willing to obey and work on multiple projects for the same money and be thankful you were chosen - superficial team-buildings in which i always ignored the managers and spent time only with their kids, instead.... - once i asked for a raise when they were pushing down my throat another unpaid project, they immediately cut me off from anything else and replaced me with another unfortunate new guy - management is hiding behind their finger and lie about anything under the sun to be right - when i got hired it took them 2 months to set up my accounts - most projects went lost, as their portfolio had only petrol-chemical projects and since the war, they lost everything and barely now they try to access the already crowded market of green energy - once the Ukraine war has hit us, they erased our bonuses, overtimes, night shifts and even ticket meals, even though they were declaring it paid - most stakeholders already figured out, its a second-hand type of company that offers cheap services for cheap products In a nutshell its been the worst place I faced of 10 years of career in the field. Im going away from there with no additional skills, lessons or benefits. Absolute waste of time.

Pros

Great place if you need a career start-up. Absorb all the knowledge and learn as much as you can.

Cons

Slow increment. 9 years experience doesn't paid as it does. Need to tender, then can adjust salary, if you're lucky.
