Pros
Good company to learn, solid system and hardware
Cons
Many issues exist within the company's structure: -The company's recognition system is solely based on the number of years an employee has worked, resulting in numerous inexperienced managers. For instance, individuals who have only worked in the assembly or production departments may be assigned managerial roles in the engineering department. -While the company offers good policies such as work-from-home options, approvals depend solely on the manager's discretion. Requests are often rejected even when there is no pressing work at the office. Ironically, my manager frequently enjoyed working from home and would fake medical certificates every month. -After many years at Yokogawa, my manager finally received an opportunity (after years of pleading) to lead a team. However, he has become excessively authoritarian since then.
