Good work experience, very hands-on.

Cons

Salary very low. Salary increase low. Human resources department has more power in promotion compared to department managers. It is very ironic since the department managers are the first one who can see your performance but still if HR says "no". No promotion will happen. This is only for stepping stone for other better opportunities.
