Pros

Employees get a paycheck just for showing up. The non-management personnel are knowledgable and work very hard.

Cons

Poor communication, lack of corporate vision, incompetent leadership, below-market compensation, no opportunity for growth.

Pros

The people that have worked there for a long time were a pleasure to work with. The engineers from YHQ and other offices were also great to work with.

Cons

inter-department communication was not great. Communication between global offices was poor, with regard to sharing knowledge and experience using Yokogawa's software.

Pros

Yokogawa has a strong commitment to satisfying the customer.

Cons

Yokogawa still has not developed a successful global model. It is still a very Japanese company, struggling to adapt to foreign non-Japanese markets.
