People are sincere, understanding and friendly. There is conscientious effort in handling Quaiity related problems in the Singapore Bedok Factory. The factory work goes all the way out to satisfy the customer in terms of Delivery and Quality, in some cases Cost.

Cons

It feels like MNC being managed in SME manners, there are signs of Top Mgt biaseness towards some employees.
