Pros

Singapore office has Multicultural environment and flexible work hours. Good place to work if you value work life balance, consider you're working in Singapore.

Cons

There is little chance for promotion. Most of the managers are Japanese and have worked for the company for about 20 years or more. Work is not so interesting. Bad communication between the Japan Headquarter regarding specifications and requirements. Heavy organizational structure with many reporting levels. Very few holidays. I had 14 days off when starting. With every year of working there, you'd get 1 more day of holiday.

Pros

Payment is not bad, and there are many chances to get incentive. Work hour is very flexible. Overtime work is not required most of time (Depending on the position).

Cons

If you have an ambition, not the best place to start and finish your career.
