Pros

Great product and reputation in industry, great expertise in industrial control and some great people working in Australia. Relaxed work environment with flexible working conditions.

Cons

Absolutely directionless management with no idea or drive to improve company. Riding on past glories and hoping to survive based on goodwill alone. Very traditional Japanese business also means change is slower than drifting icebergs. Pay below average in industry.
