-Great place to learn and gain work experience for fresh grads and engineering starters in control systems and automation -Possible assignments abroad

Cons

-Very low salary -High turnover rate. Lots of experienced engineers going and new (sometimes inexperienced) engineers coming on board (at least during my stay there) -Tendency to keep their employees at the same level / not much on job promotions
