Pros

Currently company is transforming (digital transformation), there is a lot of opportunities for employee to make transition to new roles and acquire new skill. Working time is flexible, working culture is not bad, compensation and benefits is pretty standard as following government policies. But do take note that some of these depends on departments and the manager.

Cons

salary increment is quite low, unless you get promotion which is very rare as the company is big and there is limited quota for promotion. Sometime the workload is more than 100% due to lack of manpower, one person have to cover 2 person's work. Notice some engineer does not have job to do and just freely browsing the web and using their mobile phone, which is not fair to those who are capable and covering multiple work loads. Salary wise is on the low side for similar job from competitor company.
