Pros

Ping Pong Tables, Buffalo Rock Vending Machines, lazy, inept managers, unlimited paid smoke breaks, very low bar for excellence, free micromanagement, prayer meetings in the hallways, ability to celebrate baby showers at work

Cons

Below average salaries, unpaved parking lot with trees growing in the cracks, product management experience that will not be useful at any other company, glass windows, 1950's style gender roles (women are expected to serve coffee and vacuum floors),
