      Good place to learn when you build your first career but not a good place in term of take home pay

      Pros

      - You can learn many things especially when you become engineer. - The company has never been late in paying salary and bonus. always on time. - company provide health insurance, hospital healthcare, reimbursement - All facilities and accommodation during site work is guaranteed. - your boss/project manager never cares if you show up in the office or not, as long as your project is finished well.

      Cons

      - Company rarely gave training from external party especially for project engineer. You are considered to be able to learn just y doing projects. - You'll get stuck when you don't train yourself. - It was supposed to be professional private company with friendly environment where other people should be like your family. instead, It is more like family company where rewards and punishment are based on like / dislike, not based on merits - No clear career path. Career path display at the beginning of your employment is just a plan. it is almost never executed well. - Bad work life balance, because you are always overwhelmed by project works.
