Nothing fanciful. Everyday is a stagnant and predictable day if you do what your senior tells u to.

Cons

Some people work their way up to become team leads and managers, they may not have the necessary soft skills, leadership or managerial skills

Nice office and rooftop garden Maybe if you work there 7-8 years from when you are fresh grad can reach 5k salary Work life balance is decent

Cons

Managers dont understand scope of project given No opportunities for career growth Request for training or learning takes forever to get approval pay increment 3% a year IF you are lucky Boomer management mentality (Checking if you are online by a certain time and 3 hours meetings - Why?) Pathetic 12 days of leave if you just started
