      Stable environment. Sometimes challenging work. Competitive salaries if you consider the whole package. Some of the employees here are dedicated and competent.

      Cons

      Employee satisfaction never factors into management decisions. Technical decisions are often made by non technical people. Complaints about company policy are turned down without any explanations. Flexible hours or occasional home work is completely off the table.
