      Yazaki is a good company to work for, with great people and a supportive work environment. The team culture is positive, and there are decent employee benefits.

      However, career progression can be limited, as there aren’t many opportunities for development beyond your current role. Most of the training is internal and focused on day-to-day tasks, so you may not gain broader industry qualifications or external certifications.
