      Difficult to work in a new set up.

      1. Good Learning Opportunity. 2. Good boss.

      1. Difficult to cope up with work pressure. 2. Salary is little bit lesser. 3. Poor decision-making by the management. 4. Lack of uniformity between all the plants 5. Work timings.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Like any job, need to do research and walk in with negotiating a good compensation. Building was nice and co-workers were friendly. Upper management took the time to learn my name and set up 1 on 1 meetings during my first few months.

      Cons

      My immediate supervisor was clueless about my job. Passive aggressive behavior and not friendly. Good workers get overlooked. No work life balance. Glass building is nice to look at but not comfortable in the summer.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, good medical coverage and good people. Overall it is a good work environment. It can get intense, but over all it is laid back.

      Cons

      Tends to low ball employees with salary in the hope that saying good job will motivate people to stay and work hard.
