Pros

The people who work there are great Felt the camaraderie through all the highs and lows Was able to work on several different countries learning about other cultures and building global relationships

Cons

The culture in North America is gone. The current CEO is managing North America and Europe and is listening to terrible advice from people who do not the company's best interest. The employees are now treated like cattle as opposed to the assets that they are. The business groups and functional groups work on opposing objectives and causes in fighting and distrust.

None with Bo as CEO

Cons

Experienced employees are expected to share knowledge and train their younger replacements. The company craftily calls this practice "collaboration". Later Yazaki would take advantage of Covid 19 to layoff half of its US workforce only to restart operations at the Mexican Tech center leaving just a skeleton crew in Canton.
