      Benefits Paid time off incentive bonus if company is doing good 401k match and safe harbor contribution Work is not too hard

      LIttle To No Room For Advancement Rude Leaders Too much Favortism Not very organized Wrong people are put in charge of certain jobs.

      Pros

      There are/were good people there, but that's where the pros end. I don't have a positive thing to say about this place other than the people.

      Cons

      I've never been at a place where the good ol' boy network runs more rampant than it does at YNA. If you're not a member of this network, you'll constantly be looked over or worse, targeted for elimination.
