Pros
Big company, many challenges , some plants are in small cities where they help the region with better salaries than agricultural business. Production system is well organized.
Cons
Financial area do not have enough focus to improve its quality, systems are poor, better company for who speaks Japanese. Premises for price adjustments with customeers do not work in countries like Brazil where inflation , labor inflation and exchange rate increases more than expected.
