      Just the pay and benefits.

      Corporate or up end management can care less about how the distribution centers and plants all over and only care about their glass building and boat up in Canton,. Advise that the other people are human also and are not being treated like one in el paso tx SMTC operations. the wrong people were chosen to lead that team and to this day Chad and corporate refuse and deny their horrible decision. wake up people
