      Pros

      Good hours, great flexibility. Pay was pretty good at the time. Challenging and worthwhile work although sometimes it felt sparse.

      Cons

      Advancement seemed too slow and more of a "pay your dues / time" as opposed to skill and talent based.

      Pros

      Working at Yazaki North America was a great experience, there are so many learning opportunities and fantastic people. The idea of continuous improvement really is implemented in every aspect of the company which is refreshing.

      Cons

      A few disgruntled/difficult employees can tend to spoil a lot of things for good workers, unfortunately.
