      Pros

      Excelent place to build a career, plenty of learning opportunities in a global platform. Solid background but also adapting constantly according to always changing market. Leading by example and constant coaching is the norm for leadership team.

      Cons

      As a global company with Main headquarters in Japan, traveling could be challenging for sedentary people but at the same time this could be a plus for the globetrotting type of person.
