Pros

The company is well established and is private, but they are ok with treating employees with disrespect. HR is not a function and does not ensure that they are following policies, puppets.

Cons

Global hours and hours never end, not realistic about expectations. Have no empathy for the employees at all.

While the pandemic made some restructuring activities necessary, we did not lay off half the company. We continue to focus on building the strength of our team from within and attracting the automotive industry’s best and brightest talent to combine institutional knowledge and expertise with new and innovative thinking.
