      Pros

      Generally good people at individual contributor level. As engineer, opportunities to get hands dirty with real parts and testing. Industry standard pay and benefits.

      Cons

      High-level leadership struggles with transparency and data-driven decision making. Process or tool changes can be burdensomely slow.

      Pros

      It seems like whether your management team is good or not is hit and miss; fortunately my team is amazing. There’s no drama to put up with, people respect each other and their contributions regardless of level or hierarchy, and everyone really only focuses on the job at hand rather than petty office politics. Work/life balance is great, 40 hour work week is pretty standard (which is rare for my expertise), and the fringe benefits are relatively good.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than market rate. I could probably go out in the market and get a $10-20k bump in pay. Additionally, the incentive compensation structure is a joke: whether you receive a bonus is dependent on the overall company’s performance rather than on factors directly within your control, and obviously the company as a whole didn’t do too well for the past performance period because of various COVID issues. Basically my bonus is based on luck since my role doesn’t directly contribute to any of the KPIs the bonus is based off of, which kind of defeats the purpose of calling it “incentive” compensation.

      Pros

      Pros: Food and transportation are available in the company for all staff and contract employees. Good for women's company have daycare facility for children during working hours. The company has medical support in the plant. HR also very supportive.

      Cons

      Cons: Staff annual increment not on time The annual bonus is also very less Performance incentives are only for the above assistant manager post. You will get no overtime for extra hours work.
