      Beaucoup de travail WE et nuits, difficile de marier vie pro et perso. le stresse engendre impacte la relation avec les gens. Le management base sur la pression et le stress Salaire bas.

      Pros

      You get great customer exposure. They have customer oriented teams that facilitate all sorts of things for the boys back home. You're usually working with up to date tech and Yazaki customers are most of the time very loyal. Even if the project is in shambles, there's always willingness to make it work. On both sides.

      Cons

      Be careful of working at branches that sport flat hierarchies. These are usually euphemisms for "no room to grow". You'll get your money (eventually - be careful here as the yearly increases are very low) but it's almost impossible to get promoted other than "in-place" (i.e. you get a suffix to your entry title like "senior engineer" or "lead senior engineer"...at the end of the day you're still there, on the same spot, but a bit better paid. If you wanna move up, try elsewhere).
