Great environment at work, nice coesion and cooperation between everyone at the company. Great conditions Top facilities All people are running towards the common goal which is to make the company be the best in the market.

Cons

In Portugal the salary for the junior engineer is ok, but it is very hard to have a payrise. The salary is bellow the average in Portugal.
