The company gave me a lot of chance to explore my interest and abilities by letting me takeover lot of responsibilities. And I think this inculcated in me lot of positive attitude and have built me stronger than, when I joined back the company as GET.

Cons

The company has lot of organization confusions and also lot work is still done manually which becomes tedious at times to work. Also appraisals are also not upto mark against what you work.
