      Pros

      The company is well established and is private, but they are ok with treating employees with disrespect. HR is not a function and does not ensure that they are following policies, puppets.

      Cons

      Global hours and hours never end, not realistic about expectations. Have no empathy for the employees at all.

We enable transparency and celebrating successes among teams, from issuing weekly updates highlighting the work our employees do within the company and in our communities to frequent all employee meetings to keep each team member connected to executive leadership.
