      Pros

      For this part, it's definitely a higher salary than other company.

      Cons

      For this part, in my opinion, the rest time is only given half an hour which is very less for rest, the work done must also always be fast which makes workers too exhausted and the gap between permanent employees and contract employees is still very pronounced because many employees still underestimate their work and move the work to contract employees so that it becomes a burden for contract employees.
