      Nice offices as they have just been refurbed

      poor personal development structure and information sharing, heavy handed management and heavy workload for poor money.......wrong people in charge along side poor HR with what appears to be entrenched personnel who have no prospect of moving on....

      Friendly associates. Modern facility. Decent but not great benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of recognition. Lack of accountability. Poor merit structure. Poor Executive leadership. Management has to be forced to make decisions. Has not performed as well as competitors within the industry following industry meltdown. Poor communication top to bottom of the organization. Poor execution of plans.
