Great benefits and work life balance. Freedom to work in a flexible way. Not to mention being in control of the quality of your work work. Don’t have to chafe under micro managing line managers. Opinions are heard and feedback is respected immensely. Amazing collaborative environment with colleagues located across the world. Great learning.

Cons

Slow processes and freshest restructuring that results in impact of work being lost.
