      If you are technically strong, Yara is not at all a place for you. If you are doing good at only politics, Yara India is the best place for you. Not a single project will be moved to prod, every project ends up with only PoC. From the director to the associate, no one has clarity on what is going on at the project level, but everyone is just focused about how many reportees they have. When it comes to HR department , they do not the know meaning of professionalism, transparency and honesty. They too just involve in politics and org changes.
