Pros

If you're interested to work in a multicultural company, this is the place for you. Multiple benefits, team buildings every 3 months, friendly work environment, a chance to build your skills in multiple spheres.

Cons

Working there can become monotonous fast, not many possibilities to climb somewhere horizontally or vertically if you do not seek to work in management or HR.

Pros

The work environment is very healthy, and women-friendly, and pay is slightly better than other companies, benefits package is provided from the first day, additionally offered 6 days of sick leave. The majority of the people are very friendly in the office.

Cons

If you start from an entry-level at Yara EBS, be prepared that promotion can take a bit longer. I have seen many employees work in a specialist/expert position for years.
