      Pros

      The company has several campaigns to address health safety (from work hazard to psychological), diversity and inclusion in the working environment.

      Cons

      The practical perception of such good intended campaings in the daily work environment depends highly on the line manager in charge of the team. There are excellent examples of people having a healthy, psychological safe, diverse and inclusive work environment, leading to employee engagement, while there are also examples of people that don't feel this way.

      Great company culture and values, really focused on People. Great office facilities, benefits, remote work opportunities, lots of events and initiatives and young international environment.

      Cons

      Actual experience depends a lot on the team and the line manager.
