- Good WLB - Very supporting team members, very helpful - Good company for seniors, who need some easy time in their job for few years

Cons

- Not a good company for anyone with less than 6-7 years, projects are saturated and less development opportunities - Not much learning opportunities - Recently, huge pressure for cost cutting
