      A multi-national that offers a good learning environment. Yara Holds the safety of its Staff in high esteem

      Thank you for your review!! Safety is top priority at Yara and I am glad you have mentioned it in your pros! It is true that it may be difficult to access to departments or projects where a very specific or technical knowledge is required. I have however seen many employees making a career-change within Yara or that have got the chance to collaborate to projects not necessarily linked to their current role. Many employees also use their annual development discussions with their supervisors to find activities that would help them to develop in new areas.

      Pros

      Carrer possibility. If you do well Yara management will see it. Very good salary. A lot of Production Plants with a lot of intersting technical topics.

      Cons

      IT service not working well.

      Thank you for your review!!!! It is true that in many cases Yara recognizes and reward hard work. There are a lot of opportunities at Yara to both develop yourself and to be part of very interesting projects. Sorry to hear your experience with IT. As they operate globally, there are still a lot of challenges to overcome but I know that new improvements are to come in this area as well.

      Pros

      I have been employed in Yara for almost two years now and I had a very positive experience. I had the possibility to participate in different projects and to learn much more within my area of expertise. Good flexible time for those that work office base. Flat organization with possibility to reach out people at every level of the business. People are proud to work for Yara and this make you feel you are part of a business with a purpose. Great career opportunities for those that like to work internationally.

      Cons

      For those that likes done to be done quickly, you may feel that it takes sometimes too much time to take a decision or “get things done”.
